SMS Terms
Effective September 27, 2026
1. The program
Text Christian is a personal assistant you talk to by text message (SMS and iMessage) and, where offered, WhatsApp. When you join, you agree to receive these kinds of messages from us:
- Sign-in codes. A one-time code sent by SMS when you sign in at textchristian.com.
- Conversational messages. Replies from Christian to messages you send, and updates about your account, such as your place on the waitlist.
- Proactive messages. Once you have access, messages Christian sends on its own that relate to things you've asked for, like reminders, follow-ups, or a verse you asked to receive.
We don't send advertising or marketing messages for other companies.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your phone number on our sign-in page and agreeing to these terms, or by texting Christian's number first. Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with how much you use Text Christian. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Text Christian does not charge you for the messages themselves.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from Christian to stop receiving messages. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then we won't text you again unless you opt back in. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT also work. To opt back in, reply START.
Opting out stops Christian's messages. You'll still get a sign-in code if you request one yourself on our website.
5. Getting help
Reply HELP for help, or email us at support@textchristian.com.
6. Carriers
Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and isn't guaranteed.
7. Your phone number and privacy
We use your phone number only to run Text Christian. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your text-messaging opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We do share it with the service providers that deliver our messages, only so they can deliver them. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Changes
If we change these SMS Terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by text before it takes effect.
